Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for size or product issues, subject to inventory availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
